"I was extremely disappointed with my experience with State Farm. My auto insurance premium increased, and I was never notified ahead of time. I only found out a few days before my payment was due, leaving me with almost no time to prepare or budget for the higher payment. I contacted my agent immediately, hoping they could help resolve the issue before my payment was due. While they did offer options to lower my premium, those options required me to either reduce my coverage, increase my deductible, or suspend my policy—even though my vehicle still has an active loan and maintaining insurance is required. None of those options addressed the real issue, which was the lack of advance notice about the rate increase. I expected better communication and customer service. Instead, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and no meaningful effort was made to make the situation right. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend State Farm."
